Job Description

• Should have the good Knowledge skill in MSA study.
• Should have the good knowledge skill in Gauge Calibration & Gauge Standards.
• Should have the good Knowledge to certify gauges as per gauge drawings (Plain Plug gauge, Plain ring gauge, Thread ring gauge, Thread plug gauge, Dial Gauge, Snap gauge & Basic Instruments).
• Should have Basic Knowledge in Quality System (ISO/TS)
• Should have the Basic knowledge in Machining process.
• Should have Basic knowledge in Calibration of DC Nut runners & Torque wrenches.
• Should have Basic Knowledge about AMC for All Equipment's & Gauges.
• Involvement in Work Group activities and improvement activities in the line .
• Should have basic knowledge in Gauge tracking system.
• Should have the basic knowledge of Gauge TPM & gauge mastering.
• Should have the knowledge of basic gauge repair and maintenance.
