The job description for each of the position is listed below:

Cafe General Manager / Store Manager:
Store Manager is the No.1 leader of a designated restaurant. He/She is responsible for Running Great Restaurants through-
* Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant team
* Ensure statutory compliances by maintaining registers and licences.
* Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
* Recruit, Interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate & train.
* Ensure maintenance of equipments, facility, & grounds through the use of a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards.
* Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
* Ensure complete & timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
* Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours of the team.

Shift Manager:
* Conduct briefings, share targets & updates with team members.
* Assists in management of day-to-day operations by managing labour, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
* Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis
* Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work
* Assists in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
* Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met
* Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions

Customer Service Associate:
1. To ensure the best customer experience as per global Costa Standards.
2. Prepare coffee/food as per defined recipes.
3. Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant including equipment, dishes, pastry cabinets, dining area, toilets etc.
4. Up-selling and suggestive selling at Cash Counter.
5. Adhere to grooming standards.
