Kenya), Milk (Uganda) Stem Cell Banking, Real Estate and Education.
DIL owns and operates more than 150 Pizza Hut and KFC restaurants in
India, Nepal and Nigeria. DIL also owns and operates more than 100 plus
Costa Coffee stores in India. DIL has also launched its Food Court at
the Delhi and Mumbai Airport, under the banner "Food Street", and would
be replicating the format at other airports, including a 24 hours bar
lounge. DIL has also ventured into the Institutional Catering business. We have a great career opportunity for you with Costa Coffee brand. The following roles are available. * Cafe General Manager /. Store Manager * Assistant Store Manager * Shift Manager
* Customer Service Associate (fresher)
The job description for each of the position is listed below: Cafe General Manager / Store Manager: Store Manager is the No.1 leader of a designated restaurant. He/She is responsible for Running Great Restaurants through- * Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant team * Ensure statutory compliances by maintaining registers and licences.
* Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures,
maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking
appropriate actions. * Recruit, Interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate & train.
* Ensure maintenance of equipments, facility, & grounds through the
use of a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards. * Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction. * Ensure complete & timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs. * Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours of the team. Shift Manager: * Conduct briefings, share targets & updates with team members.
* Assists in management of day-to-day operations by managing labour,
counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team * Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis * Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work
* Assists in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labour,
ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team * Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met
* Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash
control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour,
reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions Customer Service Associate:
1. To ensure the best customer experience as per global Costa Standards. 2. Prepare coffee/food as per defined recipes. 3. Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant including equipment, dishes, pastry cabinets, dining area, toilets etc. 4. Up-selling and suggestive selling at Cash Counter. 5. Adhere to grooming standards.
