| Job Description |
Act as developer and
Implementer role on project development; ensure technical deliverables
matches project requirements. Save engineering cost for SSB team through
application & technical expertise.
1. Deliver &
execute the assigned task / assignment on time with good quality and
customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
2. Work with Sr. Engineer / Team lead to implement the project tasks, Project Engineer, Hardware Design, Verification / fine checking.
3. Work with Sr. Engineer / Team lead and project Manager to clarify technical issues.
4. Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best
practice with other team members to improve teams capabilities.
5. Technical implementation of System Hardware design.
6. Cost reduction through process & manufacturing improvement, and
through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard
7. Work closely with Team Lead and PM to achieve customer acceptance.
Demonstrate application & technical expertise to achieve repeat
order in account and retain customer satisfaction.
1. Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in project delivery scope.
2. Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of SSB standard.
3. Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery.
4. Support Team lead in managing team performance, develop self and team capability and motivate the team.

| Desired Profile |
1. Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in electrical or Instrumentation engineering.
2. 2-5 years of experience in executing projects.
